Allianz promotes Margo Young to Chief Compliance Officer

Global insurer Allianz has promoted Margo Young to the role of Chief Compliance Officer, replacing the recently-retired Ann Alexander.

margo-youngYoung has been with Allianz’ compliance team since 2003 and most recently served as deputy to Alexander.

In her role as deputy CCO she supported the transfer of Allianz’s home and personal motor business to LV= as part of the joint venture, and prepared the compliance function of Allianz for the successful integration of LV= General Insurance and the General Insurance division of Legal & General.

Prior to joining Allianz, Young held roles in the life and pensions industry as a financial adviser and mortgage broker.
