Grant Thornton LLP, the U.S. member firm of independent audit, tax and advisory firm Grant Thornton International Ltd, has named Andrée Bourgon as a Managing Director, overseeing the firm’s Growth Strategy practice for the Insurance space.
She brings more than two decades of experience to the role, and will be tasked with leading the company’s efforts to help insurance clients shape strategic priorities and execute innovation-based enterprise transformation.
She most recently served as a Vice President for Global Strategy for property and casualty insurance start-up, Ascot. Prior to this, she has held a number of roles at AIG, and previously spent more than ten years with AXA Group, where she ultimately was appointed head of finance, planning and analysis and head of treasury.
