Aon, a global professional services firm, has appointed Khun Metat Sae-Jan as its new Head of Life & Health (L&H), Reinsurance Solutions for Thailand.
In his new role, Sae-Jan will lead the broker’s L&H reinsurance broking practice in Thailand.
For the last nearly three years, he worked as a Partner at XEL Advisory, advising insurers on challenges using strategies that maximise growth, transform business models, and create sustainable competitive advantage.
Before this, Sae-Jan was the Head of Product Strategy at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd. for over three years. In the role, he successfully led the acquisition of various partnerships, expanding product offerings and customer reach, and increased sales of protection products through effective solution design and implementation.
In the past, he has also served as the Vice President, Business Planning and Reporting at FWD Insurance and as the Manager, Head of Economic Capital and Assistant Manager of AIA.
