Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, the reinsurance division of the global broking group, has appointed Subhash Khanna as a Director of the Life Solutions team within its Strategy and Technology Group, based in London.
Most recently, he served at Milliman for over 11 years, as Principal & Consulting Actuary and Consulting Actuary, based in both London and India.
He brings extensive experience across complex actuarial projects, including model implementations, model risk, actuarial transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), regulatory change, and financial reporting to his new role.
In the past, Khanna also served as a Senior Risk Analyst for Risk Management at McKinsey & Company, and as an Assistant Vice President at Swiss Re.
He started his industry career as an Actuarial Consultant for SunGard iWorks, where he worked for two years in Hong Kong.
