Global insurance and reinsurance broker and risk advisor, Aon, has expanded its global capability centre in Bengaluru with a new facility at The Earth Centre by Vista Spaces in Whitefield.
The broker maintains smooth global operations, with the support of its Global Capability Centres in India, along with a select few in Europe and Latin America, that enable integrated delivery across Risk Capital and Human Capital.
The expansion of Aon’s capability centres footprint reflects the broker’s long-term strategy to strengthen global connectivity, enhance innovation, and support resilience across its operations.
The Bengaluru facility drives this approach locally; it plays a central role in connecting talent, technology, and expertise within Aon’s global network.
The facility is designed as a modern, collaborative workplace, enabling flexible ways of working, with enhanced meeting rooms, training spaces and shared environments that support teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Located within a LEED-certified building, the broker explained that the office reflects its commitment to sustainability while providing a people-centred environment. Its design emphasises openness, connectivity and accessibility, creating a workplace that supports collaboration, continuous learning and stronger team outcomes.
Currently, Aon’s capability centres in India are located in Bengaluru, Noida, and Gurgaon, while its client-facing offices are in 17 other cities, including Mumbai and Delhi.
