Matthew Dragonetti, President of Arch Reinsurance Group, part of Bermuda-based Arch Capital Group Ltd., will retire effective March 2027, after spending 25 years with the reinsurer.
Dragonetti joined Arch Re in 2001 as one of the first employees, serving as a Senior US Property Treaty Underwriter.
He subsequently held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility, leading to his current role as President and Chief Commercial Officer.
In the past, Dragonetti has also served as the President and Head of Property, Head of Worldwide Property, and Head of US Property.
