Argenta Private Capital has appointed three new independent non-executive directors to its Board.
The firm said it had appointed Cordelia Bowdery, Monica Burch, and Philip Glaze to be the members of its board.
Bowdery is an associate investment partner at Veritas Investment Partners, Burch is the former senior partner at international law firm Addleshaw Goddard, and Glaze was formerly CIO (UK) and global CIO multimanager at HSBC.
Andrew Hubbard, non-executive chairman of Argenta Private Capital, said: “We are delighted to welcome Cordelia, Monica, and Philip to the Board of APCL.
“They bring a significant depth of investment and financial experience to APCL and we are looking forward to their support as we plot the future direction of the business.”
Argenta Private Capital last appointed to its Board in June 2021 when it added two members in newly created roles.
Back then, the firm said it was appointing Roberet Flach, corporate capital and operations director, and Andrew Hubbard, non-executive director, to the roles.
