Cyber insurance provider At-Bay has announced that it has appointed Ari Fischel as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
An experienced industry veteran, Fischel brings more than 20 years of financial and operational expertise towards At-Bay’s executive team.
At-Bay also confirmed that Fischel will join the board of At-Bay’s Specialty Insurance Company, which the firm acquired in January 2023.
In his most recent role, he served as CFO of Capital-Rx, a fast-growing heath technology company based in North America.
Before he joined Capital-Rx, he served as Vice President, Finance and Accounting for Oscar, a leading insurtech, where he played a significant role in laying the groundwork for the company’s initial public offering during his five-year tenure there.
Prior to Oscar, Fischel served in senior finance and leadership roles for The Nielsen Company and General Electric. Fischel will also join the board of At-Bay Specialty Insurance Company.

Additionally, rating agency AM Best has assigned At-Bay Specialty Insurance Company with a Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent), with a stable outlook.
