Augment Risk, a reinsurance and capital solutions broker, has announced the appointment of Brittany Haynes as Partner, MGA.
Based in London, Haynes will report to Mark Aylward, Partner, MGA at Augment Risk.
In her new role, she will leverage her industry relationships and experience to build scalable foundations for MGA clients, securing the capital and capacity needed to support Augment Risk’s next stage of growth.
Haynes brings 14 years of experience across the US and London markets, with expertise advising MGAs on strategic insurance and reinsurance solutions. She specialises in Lloyd’s delegated underwriting authority placements and the structuring of North American programmes.
She joins Augment Risk following five years at Guy Carpenter, where she most recently served as Managing Director. Prior to that, Haynes served as an Associate Director at Willis Re.
Augment Risk said Haynes’ appointment reflects its continued investment in building a globally oriented MGA practice.
