AXIS Capital Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Rebecca O’Kill as Chief Data & Analytics Officer, effective immediately.
O’Kill will report to AXIS Chief Underwriting Officer Dan Draper and will be based in London.
In this role, O’Kill will be responsible for driving global data strategy and governance across AXIS.
Her remit will also include overseeing AXIS’ analytics operating model and partnering with the business to deliver business intelligence and insights that help support the underwriting process.

O’Kill joins AXIS after spending 16 years with Beazley, where she held a series of leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility including Interim Chief Data Officer and Head of Actuarial Analytics.
