Bermuda based specialty insurance and reinsurance firm AXIS Capital Holdings Limited has appointed Keith Trivitt as its Vice President for Corporate Communications.
Trivitt will be tasked with guiding the development and implementation of external communications strategy and initiatives for AXIS Capital and its core business units, including reinsurer AXIS Re. Trivitt will report to Chief Communications Officer Joe Cohen and is based in the firm’s New York office.
“Keith is a seasoned global marketing and communications executive who has a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape,” commented Cohen. “He will be an important addition as we scale up the Company’s communications efforts and further elevate AXIS’ profile in the marketplace.”
Trivitt most recently held the role of Vice President of Marketing at online publishing platform Playbuzz, leading brand strategy, product marketing and communications. Prior to that he was Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications at stock exchange listed digital advertising company Matomy Media Group. He also previously served as Associate Director of Public Relations for the Public Relations Society of America.
