Beat Capital Partners, a long duration investor specialising in the insurance industry, has named Ajay Ganger as Head of Actuarial and Exposure Management.
Ganger is an experienced actuary who first joined Beat back in March 2020.
Before this, he served as an actuary at Asta Capital Limited, having begun his career at Travelers, where he spent over half a decade.
Beat Capital Partners was incorporated in May 2017 as a long duration venture capital investor that offers start-up funding, infrastructure, risk capital and A+ rated paper plus experienced guidance and support.
In addition to the management group, Beat shareholders include Elliott Management Corporation (a fund manager with over US$40 billion in assets under management) and specialty broker AmWins Group. In 2018, Beat acquired the rights over Lloyd’s Syndicate 4242.
