BMS Group, an independent global insurance and reinsurance broker, has appointed Catarine Xavier Silva to its BMS Re Brazil team as Operations Manager, where she will lead the Premium and Claims department.
The company continues to develop its operations in Brazil as part of its wider regional growth strategy.
Xavier Silva joins BMS Group with over 20 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance operations, bringing strong industry knowledge and operational capability to the firm’s expanding Brazilian platform.
She will report to Wellington Bohrer, Finance and Operations Director, within the BMS Group structure.
Her appointment supports BMS Group’s ongoing commitment to strengthening operational frameworks and maintaining high standards of service for clients and partners, as the company continues to build its presence in the Brazilian market.
