Burns & Wilcox hires Jeffrey Cunningham as Environmental Insurance broker

Burns & Wilcox, the North American wholesale insurance broker and underwriting manager, has appointed Jeffrey R. Cunningham as a Senior Broker for Environmental Insurance in its New York City office.

Jeffrey CunninghamHe will be tasked with continuing to expand the company’s Environmental Insurance practice, and will report to Anna Kodryanu, Associate Managing Director at Burns & Wilcox.

Cunningham most recently served as Director of Underwriting for environmental insurance brokerage firm American Risk Management Resources, before which he held a number of leadership roles at Hub International, Willis North America, and Marsh.

“His deep knowledge and expertise in Environmental Insurance will further amplify the Burns & Wilcox New York team’s capabilities.”

Cunningham specialises in environmental risks such as Pollution Liability and Environmental Site Liability, as well as combined environmental policies, such as Pollution Liability/General Liability/Comprehensive Personal Liability and Professional for environmental contractors.

He also has experience in providing environmental insurance in the manufacturing, chemical, healthcare, energy sectors, and for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
