CAC Specialty adds SVP to Financial Lines Legal and Claims Practice

Specialty insurance broker and investment banking platform CAC Specialty has announced the appointment of Carrie O’Neil as Senior Vice President in its Financial Lines Legal and Claims Practice.

CAC SpecialtyMost recently, O’Neil was a Senior Vice President at JLT Specialty, leading the financial lines’ Legal & Claims team.

Prior to this, she was a product development specialist for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where she was charged with negotiating and drafting management and professional policy wording for BHSI’s insureds.

Before working on the insurer side of the business, O’Neil was a Managing Director at Aon, serving as its financial services group’s D&O and Fiduciary Practice Leader.

O’Neil has served as an advisor and advocate for a wide range of public and private clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on securities litigation.

Based in Denver, she will now focus on the development of best-in-class policy language and claims advocacy.
