CAC Specialty expands Transactional Liability Practice

CAC Specialty has added Jordan Tamchin, Esq. as Senior Vice President (SVP) and lead of its Tax Insurance Practice.

CAC SpecialtyMost recently, Tamchin served as Vice President (VP), Tax Insurance Counsel for Concord Specialty Risk, which is part of Ryan Specialty Group’s RSG Underwriting Managers, where he underwrote a broad range of tax risks for corporations and private equity funds.

Before Concord Specialty Risk, he was a tax attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, and he has also served as a tax advisor in the M&A tax group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

CAC Specialty has also announced that Tamchin will be joined by Debra Aboodi, an experienced tax attorney who previously practiced at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP.
