Chedid Re has hired industry veteran, Vincent Vandendael, as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
If you recall, Vandendael recently joined MJM Holdings’ Supervisory Board.
Overall, Vandendael brings over 30 years of industry expertise towards Chedid Re.
He previously served as CEO of Everest Global Markets and its Lloyd’s Syndicate 2786, as well as Chairman of the Ireland board.
Prior to joining Everest, he spent six years at Lloyds of London, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer.
During his stint at Lloyds, he also held the role of Director, Global Markets.
Before he joined Lloyd’s in 2012, Vandendael spent 17 years working in various positions of increasing responsibility at Zurich Insurance Company, most recently serving as CEO for Global Corporate, Asia Pacific.
In addition, Vandendael also previously served in various positions at Chubb, including a tenure as Financial Institutions Manager, based in Paris, France.
