Global property and casualty insurer Chubb has announced the promotion of Silvia Trigila to Head of Digital Growth for its EMEA Underwriting Centre in Madrid.
In her new role, Trigila will play a key role in driving digital growth across Chubb’s SME and lower middle market online business.
She brings 17 years of insurance industry experience in underwriting and team leadership, with deep expertise in cyber and financial lines.
Trigila joined Chubb in September 2019 as a Business Analyst and Cyber Underwriter. In May 2023, she was named Underwriting Team Leader (Financial Lines, Cyber, Technology, A&H), CE Underwriting Centre.
Most recently, she served as Italy Underwriting Team Manager and Cyber Line of Business Expert at Chubb.
Prior to joining Chubb, Trigila spent 11 years at Zurich Insurance, most recently as Underwriting Fraud Coordinator for Zurich Connect.
