Provider of marine insurance solutions, Skuld, has announced that Claes Lindh will stand down from the company after ten years of service, effective January 1st, 2018.
Lindh, a member of the firm’s executive management team, formally steps down at the beginning of January, 2018, but will continue to work on a part-time basis for two years as a senior adviser to Skuld’s executive management.
Furthermore, Lindh will retain his position on the Cefor board until the company’s next AGM in April next year, and will also keep his role in Skuld Bermuda as a member of the underwriting committee.
Skuld President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Stale Hansen, said; “I want to say a big thank you to Claes for his invaluable contribution to Skuld’s successful developments over the past 10 years. His partial retirement is a good solution for continuous support from Claes where we can use his experience and knowledge in the continuing development of Skuld as a world leading marine insurance provider.
“It’s been a true pleasure to have Claes as a colleague in the executive management during this period and with his vast experience in marine insurance he has been a mentor for many of us. I am truly grateful that Claes is willing to continue to share his knowledge for a few more years. We wish him all the best when entering a new phase of his career in Skuld.”
