Concert Group Holdings, Inc. a privately owned insurance holding company, has promoted Alison Davidsen to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer.
Davidsen joined Concert in July 2022 taking on the role of Vice President, Client Management and Operations.
In her new role, she will report to Chief Executive Officer John Hendrickson.
Overall, she has 25 years of experience across the property and casualty insurance sector, particularly within the specialty program sector.
Before she joined Concert, Davidsen served in a variety of management and consulting roles focused on business transformation and operational efficiency.
She began her career in the industry at QBE, where she was responsible for the management of the policy administration, claims and accounting systems used to support the organisation’s program business.
After her stint at QBE, Davidsen went on to work at Hudson Insurance Group, a Fairfax company, where she created and managed their program submission review, due diligence and on-boarding processes.
Addressing Davidsen’s appointment, Hendrickson said: “Alison has demonstrated an impressive ability to balance strategy as well as execution in supporting Concert’s commitment to operational excellence.

In related news, ratings agency AM Best recently assigned Concert an “A-” (Excellent) rating with a stable outlook to Indigo Risk Retention Group, Inc. (Indigo RRG).
