Cyber insurance provider Cowbell has announced the appointment of Andrea Collins as its first Chief Marketing Officer.
Collins, a marketing and communications expert with over two decades of experience, will join the executive leadership team, reporting directly to Cowbell’s founder and CEO, Jack Kudale.
In her new role, Collins will be responsible for overseeing brand and product marketing, strategic customer acquisition, and global communications.
“Andrea has a proven track record of creating memorable brands and leading powerful acquisition strategies. She understands the critical importance of storytelling and has created strong company narratives that engage future and current customers. Her insurance expertise and deep understanding of our customers will be pivotal as we embark on new milestones at scale – expanding our reach, impact, and adoption,” Kudale said.
Prior to joining Cowbell, Collins served as the Vice President of Marketing at Hippo Insurance, where she played a key role in driving rapid revenue growth from Series A funding to the company’s successful initial public offering.
She has also held marketing leadership positions at high-growth tech companies such as Flyhomes, PolicyGenius, and Betterment. Collins’ extensive experience in the industry spans two decades and has earned her several accolades and awards.

Collins’ appointment comes at a time of continued growth and expansion for Cowbell. The company recently introduced MooGPT, a generative AI tool designed to enhance the customer experience throughout the policy lifecycle for SMEs.
Additionally, Cowbell has opened a new technology center in Pune, India and launched its operations in the UK.
