Specialist insurance and reinsurance broker BMS Group Limited has announced the hiring of Danny Gluszkiewicz within its Australia team, as a Director of the Australian operations, effective August, 2018.
He will be based in Brisbane, and will form part of BMS Australia’s national team, reporting to BMS Australia Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Andrew Godden.
Gluszkiewicz brings nearly two decades of insurance industry experience to the role, having started his career at QBE in 1999 as an account executive. Following this, he held a number of senior roles at InterRISK Australia, before becoming Managing Director of InterRISK Queensland in 2009.
Godden, commented: “Danny is an exceptional insurance professional with a longstanding track record of leadership and building businesses in the Australian market. There is huge demand in Australia for BMS’s signature offering as an independent, flexible and client-centric broker, and Danny will play a key role in our ongoing expansion.
