Legacy acquirer, DARAG Group has appointed Till Mathis Wagner as head of Mergers and Acquisitions in Europe, effective in the first quarter of 2023.
He joins from Guy Carpenter where he was most recently managing director of strategic advisory Europe, a Munich-based role he has held for seven years. In this role he focused on legacy and retrospective transaction, capital solutions and structured reinsurance servicing clients across Europe.
Prior to this, he spent almost three years as a senior consultant in actuarial services with EY on capital modelling and M&A transactions. Wagner is also a member of the German Association of Actuaries.
