Legacy reinsurance and run-off specialist, RiverStone International, has announced the appointment of David Rocke as Managing Director (MD) of its new Bermuda office.
Effective February 1st, 2022, Rocke joined RiverStone International in Bermuda from his most recent role as Executive Vice President of M&A at Enstar.
He’s been based in Bermuda since 2006, and brings more than 25 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance legacy M&A, with a specialist focus on transactions in Bermuda, the UK, and the U.S.
While at Enstar, Rocke had a focus on M&A projects and was responsible for numerous acquisition transactions involving billions of reserve liabilities. He also acted as a director for over 20 regulated entities in Bermuda and the UK.
