Ensurance, the construction and engineering MGA and Lloyd’s Coverholder, has expanded its underwriting team with the addition of Brad Green as Senior Underwriter and Courtney Varney as Underwriting Assistant.
Green joins Ensurance from Aiva, where he most recently served as Engineering and Renewable Energy Senior Underwriter.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the re/insurance industry, 18 of which have seen him trading UK and international construction and engineering business within the London market.
Prior to Aviva, Green held underwriting and leadership positions with Allianz Global Corporate Specialty, Chubb, and Canopius Syndicate where he was part of the Lloyd’s Construction Consortium.
Varney, meanwhile, joins Ensurance from Swiss Re Corporate Solutions where she has spent the previous 12 years, most recently as Senior Underwriting Assistant.
