EPIC expands Financial Services division with creation of new group

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a retail property and casualty insurance brokerage and employee benefits consultant, has expanded its Financial Services division with the creation of its newly formed Insurance Capital Solutions (ICS) group.

EPIC states that ICS will align and coordinate origination, placement, and service capabilities across four key business lines: Professional, Executive and Cyber, Transactional Risk, Capital Advisory, and Financial Services Industry Advisory.

The new group brings together experienced and dedicated teams with expertise across multiple disciplines to address the challenges faced by its client base.

Kelly Geary will serve as the National Practice Leader of the Professional, Executive and Cyber Solutions group, while John Prentis will serve as National Growth Leader.

Larry Bowlus will serve as National Public D&O Leader, Michael Klaschka will serve as National Financial Institutions group leader, and Vincent Caracciolo will serve as National Claims and Coverage Advocacy Leader.

Greylen Erlacher Mardy will continue to lead Transactional Risk Solutions and Quentin Hills will continue to lead Capital Advisory Solutions.

Nancy Rodrigues will serve as a Senior Advisor to the expanded Financial Services division, overseeing the Financial Services Industry Advisory practice, which advises on risk management issues facing the financial services industry.
