Bermuda-domiciled re/insurer Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Miranda Hunter as Head of Investor Relations.
Hunter brings to her new role over 15 years of re/insurance and financial industry experience, having held senior roles at various global firms.
“Fidelis is confident that Ms. Hunter’s extensive experience and strategic acumen will play a pivotal role in enhancing our engagement with the investment community and fortifying our communication efforts,” the re/insurer stated.
She joins Fidelis from AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, where she most recently served as Head of Investor Relations. During her time at AXIS, she was responsible for leading its engagement with the investment community and proactively communicating the company’s vision, strategy, and financial approach.
Before joining AXIS, Hunter was Vice President of Operations and Strategic Development at Aeolus Capital Management and has held a progression of leadership roles at Validus, most recently as Vice President, Head of Investor Relations.
Hunter’s early career involved significant contributions at PwC and KPMG.
The news of Hunter’s hire follows the appointment of two new members to Fidelis’ Board, Christine Dandridge and Matthew J. Adams.
