Gallagher has announced the full integration of its Turkish subsidiary Brokers’ House, bringing it under the company’s name from next Monday.
The firm had bought a majority stake in Brokers’ House in August last year. It is headquartered in Istanbul, has 25 employees and its leadership team of Gündüz Tezel and Levent Özbilen will remain with the business in their current roles of CEO and CFO. Clients will continue to have the same day-to-day contacts at the firm, but will benefit from the global scale, buying power, and expertise of Gallagher.

Gallagher and Brokers’ House have an existing relationship as the firm has been one of Gallagher’s Global Network Partners since 2014.
