Gallagher Re, the global reinsurance broking and advisory business of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has announced the appointment of Michael Cipolla as Vice President, Facultative.
In his new role, Cipolla will partner with underwriters and colleagues to foster a team culture rooted in humility, communication, and solutions-oriented problem-solving.
He brings more than 15 years of casualty underwriting leadership experience.
Cipolla joins Gallagher Re from Everest, where he held several senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Casualty Chief Underwriting Officer of Everest Evolution, the dedicated U.S. wholesale brand for Everest Insurance.
Before that, he was Vice President – Head of E&S Primary Casualty at Everest Insurance.
Earlier in his career, Cipolla held roles at Swiss Re and Lexington Insurance Company.
