Global Aerospace, a provider of aviation and aerospace insurance, has announced the appointment of Eric Donofrio as Chief Underwriting Officer.
In this role, Donofrio will oversee U.S. underwriting operations, reporting to Jeffrey Bruno, President and Group Chief Underwriting Officer. He will be based in the Morris Plains, NJ office.
Donofrio brings nearly 30 years of industry experience, joining Global Aerospace after almost two decades at AXA XL, where he most recently served as Chief Underwriting Officer, Specialties Americas. Prior to that, he held Vice President positions at WTW and Marsh.
Bruno expressed enthusiasm for Donofrio’s appointment, stating, “I am delighted to have Eric join our team. His expertise in aviation and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our vision for the future.”
