Goosehead Insurance, a personal lines insurance distribution, has announced the appointment of Bill Wade to its Board of Directors, to help drive the company’s technology-driven expansion.
Wade will leverage his deep expertise in leveraging emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), to fuel innovation, operational efficiency, and transformational growth at Goosehead.

The executive, who has 25 years of experience as a senior partner and consultant at Bain & Company, has been at the forefront of integrating digital strategies to help companies and private equity firms optimise performance and achieve scalable, tech-enabled growth.
His work includes implementing AI-powered analytics, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and developing agile operating models that delivered exceptional results, the firm stated.
