Hamilton appoints Craig Howie to succeed Ursano as CFO

Hamilton Insurance Group has appointed Craig Howie to succeed Tony Ursano in the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Hamilton Insurance GroupUrsano is due to leave Hamilton and set up an insurance and insurtech advisory business in mid-July.

Howie joins from Everest Re having served as executive vice president and CFO.

Prior to that he spent over 23 years at Munich Re America, holding a number of senior finance positions.

This new role will see him report to Group CEO Pina Albo.
