HDI Global Specialty SE – Australia (HDI) has hired Paula Ritchie as Head of Single Risk – Australia and New Zealand, effective March 11, 2024.
She joins the organisation with over 25 years of industry experience.
She joins HDI following a previous stint at Arch Insurance Australia, where she served as Underwriting Manager, Executive Assurance.
In addition, she also previously held roles at CGU and Berkley Insurance.
In her new role, Ritchie is expected to hold responsibility for driving the Single Risk business activities of HDI in Australia and New Zealand.
HDI also confirmed that Ritchie’s new role reflects both the recent success, but also the growth aspirations of HDI’s Single Risk business across the region.
