HSB (UK and Ireland) has announced the strengthening of its UK Business Development team with the appointments of Sarah Purnell, Michael Farrugia and Lydia White.
Sarah Purnell, who previously worked for the British Engineering Services, Zurich and Axa, has been appointed Business Development Manager for the East and West Midlands.
Meanwhile, based in East Anglia and the Home Counties, Michael Farrugia, who has over three decades of insurance industry experience, has also been appointed Business Development Manager. He has previously held a variety of account management positions for DAS UK Group and Anchor Insurance Brokers.
Finally, Lydia White has been internally promoted to Business Development Manager for the North West region. The firm explained that since joining HSB in 2017, White has gained extensive knowledge and experience in HSB’s underwriting and client services areas in the Northern region.
