Tech-driven underwriting agency iprism has promoted Kris Meadows to lead its nationwide network of broker development managers (BDM). At the same time, Meadows retains his role as BDM – North.
He first joined the firm in 2017, and prior to this held similar positions at Qdos Underwriting, AXA, and also Barclays.
The promotion of Meadows completes the firm’s strategic repositioning of its BDM team, following the company’s transformational redevelopment in 2018. iprism states that under Meadows’ leadership, the BDM team will offer a more flexible, responsive and proactive approach to supporting the growth plans of the firm’s broker partners.

iprism notes that the BDM team is a core part of its customer-centric approach, which sees broker, BDM and underwriter be more aligned to improve their understanding of individual risks on a case-by-case basis, and target opportunities for mutual benefits.
