Ironshore names new President of Environmental unit

Ironshore has announced that Toby Smith has been appointed President of Ironshore Environmental, replacing John O’Brien who recently left the company.

Ironshore logoSmith will report to Shaun Kelly, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ironshore’s U.S. business, and take responsibility for leading the global environmental unit.

Smith helped launch the firm’s environmental unit in 2009, and has served in a number of different management positions during his time with the company, including marketing and distribution and underwriting.

Ironshore has also announced that Kevin Fee has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Environmental unit, reporting to Smith.

Fee joined the company in 2009 and was most recently the Regional Executive for the Philadelphia region.
