J.B. Boda Viva Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers has announced Ricky S. Natapradja as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Natapradja is a market veteran with more than 20 years of experience working in the Asia Pacific Region, the majority of which has been in the Financial Services Industry.
Natapradja was previously the Marketing Director at PT Asuransi Rama Satria Wibawa. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the same for a period of 6 months.
He was responsible for Commercial Development, Marketing and Sales Strategy and Management to support sales input, execution, market data information and analysis.
Natapradja has served 4 years at Sompo Insurance Indonesia under the titles of Deputy Chief Sales Officer, Country Head of Trade Credit Insurance and Country Head of BOMO & Sales Support among others.
In the last 15 years, he has held several senior positions in the insurance industry including General Manager, Vice President, Country Manager / Director, and President Director with a special focus on strategic commercial development, corporate restructuring, marketing and sales.
He has a proven track record of being successful in raising finance for acquisition (equipment, machinery & plant), construction, working capital, and trade finance (A/R, Structured and Supply Chain) ranging between USD 1,000,000 up to USD 50,000,000 across a wide spectrum of industries.
