JLT Re, the global provider of reinsurance broking and consultancy, is pleased to announce that Jakob Hansen will be joining JLT Re’s expanding Credit & Political Risk team, once he has completed his contractual obligations with his current employer.
JLT Re has announced the addition of Jakob Hansen, joining from Aon Benfield, to its Credit & Political Risk team.
Hansen brings a wealth of experience in credit broking and underwriting to his new role, having served with Aon as a Credit & Financial Risk broker for the last five years, and having held senior underwriting positions with Ariel Re, Swiss Re and Atradius.
Commenting on the appointment Keith Harrison, CEO, UK & Europe, JLT Re, said; “We are very pleased to announce that Jakob is joining our Credit and Political Risk team to work alongside Ashley De Laroque and the rest of our strong and growing Credit and Political Risk team.

Hansen will join JLT Re later in the year upon completion of his contractual obligations and is set to be based in JLT Re’s London office.
