JLT Specialty USA, a division of global insurance and reinsurance brokerage, JLT Group, has hired Jennifer Schaeffer as Senior Vice President (SVP), based in San Francisco.
She joins JLT Specialty USA from rival brokerage Aon plc, where she worked as an SVP with a focus on developing relationships with new customers, while advising on a wide spectrum of risk transfer products for high-growth pre-IPO and Fortune 500 companies.
In her new role, Schaeffer will have a focus on business development with specialities in technology, fintech and private equity.
