Singapore-based risk consultancy firm, Kairos Risks Solutions has announced the appointment of Albert Lim as Managing Director, Southeast Asia.
Kairos also has a presence in Shanghai and it primarily develops insurance products such as parametric, agriculture, trade credit and surety, for brokers and insurers.
A well-respected veteran in the Political Risk, Trade Credit and Surety insurance sector, Lim brings close to three decades of experience to his new role.
Through his career he has held senior leadership roles in Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, Standard Chartered Bank and QBE Insurance.
He spent five years at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as Head, Credit & Surety Hub Asia Pacific following over six years at Standard Chartered Bank, where he served in a number of roles.
At QBE he served as Regional Manager, Trade Credit Insurance for seven years.
