Kinsale Capital Group has announced the promotions of Brian Haney to Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer, Bryan Petrucelli to EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and Ann Marie Marson to EVP and Chief Claims Officer.
Haney has served as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Operating Officer March 2015 and was previously the Chief Actuary from 2009.
Previously, he served Chief Actuary of James River Insurance Company and as Chief Actuary of Colony Insurance Company, before which he held positions at Capital One Financial Corporation and GEICO.
Petrucelli, meanwhile, has served as SVP and Chief Financial Officer since March 2015, and as Treasurer since December 2015, having joined Kinsale in 2009 as Vice President of Finance.
Prior to his role at the company, Petrucelli was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s audit practice serving clients in the insurance industry. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison
And finally, Marson has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer since 2009, having previously worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer of James River Insurance Company.
Prior to joining James River Insurance Company, Marson held various executive positions within ACE USA, including as Senior Vice President, Claims where she was responsible for casualty and property claims.
