25th November 2020 - Author: Matt Sheehan

Cyber risk modelling firm Kovrr has announced the addition of Lorenzo Sargenti to its advisory board.

KovrrSargent formerly served as Managing Director of Client Development at RMS.

As part of the advisory board, he will play an instrumental role in guiding Kovrr through client and market development initiatives, providing cyber risk modelling solutions for re/insurers.

“Kovrr’s cyber risk models provide an innovative and robust view of cyber risk to help insurers and reinsurers better understand, price and manage this important new line of business,” said Sargenti.

“As cyber insurance adoption increases, insurers’ exposure to cyber risk is also increasing,” he continued.

“There’s a great opportunity for companies to partner with Kovrr and leverage the platform’s innovative capabilities for underwriting and portfolio management and support the growth of the cyber insurance market.”

Yakir Golan, CEO of Kovrr, also commented: “We’re at a turning point in our customer growth journey and Lorenzo’s experience in supporting tier one carriers worldwide is a great asset to our team.”

Sargenti most recently led client development for RMS in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for the company’s sales, and client success teams in these regions.
