HFW, an international sector-based law firm, has launched an insurance offering in Abu Dhabi with the hire of Justin Whelan as Partner. This partner appointment is the firm’s fifth to be added since 2018.
Whelan’s arrival means HFW now has specialist insurance teams in each of its four Middle East offices.
He advises global insurers, reinsurers and insureds on insurance and reinsurance claims, policy coverage, subrogated recoveries, public and employer’s liability and property damage claims.
His particular focus is on the real estate, construction, travel and professional indemnity sectors. Justin is also a leading expert in cyber security and cyber insurance.
