Insurance and reinsurance industry veteran, Stafford Thompson, Jr., has been appointed Senior Vice President (SVP), Life Product Management, for the individual Life insurance business of Lincoln Financial Group.
Thompson joins the firm from SCOR Global Life Americas, and brings over 23 years of industry experience to the role, which includes experience in reinsurance, product development and pricing, and risk management.
Thompson will be based in Greensboro, NC and will report to Mike Burns, Senior Vice President and Head of Life Solutions.

In his new role, Thompson will oversee product development, as well as pricing and management for the company’s individual Life Insurance, MoneyGuard and Executive Benefit products, and will be responsible for Life business development.
