Independent insurance and reinsurance brokerage, Lockton Companies, has announced the hiring of Nicholas King as President of Lockton Washington, based in Seattle.
He joins the firm from Seattle based broker Parker, Smith & Feek where he led the company’s Real Estate Practice, with a focus on institutional fund and multi-generation Real Estate Owners & Developers.
King has a decade of experience delivering insurance solutions for the development of apartments, condo, mixed use, and commercial buildings, and also represents clients in the Healthcare, Non-Profit, Agricultural and Transportation industries.

King is a member of the Pacific Real Estate Institute (PREI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and he also serves in a Director role for the King County Boys and Girls Clubs (KCBGC).
