Lockton, a privately-owned independent insurance broker, has announced the appointment of Ben Milan as Vice President and Surety Practice Leader within the Lockton Global Real Estate & Construction (GREAC) division.
In his new role, Milan will be responsible for running the Lockton Surety Practice for the UK and Ireland, this includes the day-to-day servicing on Surety accounts, with support from the wider GREAC team at Lockton.
He will also support the overall growth of the division, working closely with many of the largest Construction and Real Estate companies in the UK and Ireland.
Milan joins from Kerry London, a specialist insurance provider, where he served as Surety Manager. In this role, he worked with major and specialist sub-contractors and arranged bonds for some of the largest construction projects in the UK.
Prior to this, he worked at Howden Insurance Brokers Limited for over a year, most recently as an Account Executive. Milan began his insurance career at RKH Specialty.
