Lockton, an independent insurance brokerage, has announced that Steve Goldenberg will be joining the firm as their new Executive Vice President (EVP), Operations, reporting directly to Peter Clune, Lockton’s Chief Executive Officer.
In this role, Goldenberg will collaborate with the global executive team to lead strategic initiatives, recruit talent, and devise innovative solutions to propel the firm’s growth efforts.
With Lockton experiencing remarkable growth in recent years, Goldenberg’s leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing this momentum.
Expressing confidence in the decision, Clune states, “Steve’s broad experience and expertise in driving strategy and developing talent will be a tremendous asset to Lockton as we continue our explosive worldwide growth.”
Prior to joining Lockton, Goldenberg spent 15 years at Aon, where he held various senior leadership positions, including his most recent role as Global Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Risk Solutions.
