Lockton Re, the reinsurance arm of the global brokerage, has announced the appointment of Jonathan (Jonty) Davies as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its newly launched Bermuda office.
The launch of Lockton Re (Bermuda) Limited forms part of the broker’s growing global platform.
Davies joins the company from Aon Reinsurance Solutions where he most recently served as Head of Global Re Specialty Bermuda. After joining Aon in 2006, Davies has held numerous roles across property, casualty and specialty lines with the firm.
In 2010, he transitioned into the Global Re Specialty unit initially as a Mariner, before his focus became retro and property specialty.
