Global re/insurance brokerage Marsh has announced the appointments of Bryce Check as a Business Relationship Director and Anna Whitfield as a Client Service Director, both within its UK Real Estate Practice.
Part of Marsh JLT Specialty, the UK Real Estate Practice provides insurance and risk advisory services to real estate owners, operators, managers, and developers.
Check joins the practice from Aon, where he has served as a Business Relationship Director in the Real Estate Practice for nearly 11 years.
In his new role, he will form part of the sales team and will be responsible for developing the global sales proposition, with a special focus on European markets.
Whitfield also arrives from Aon, where she has worked as Client Director since 2016. She also chairs the Property Investors Committee of the Insurance Institute of London.
She has focused on real estate insurance since 1997 in a career spanning both underwriting and broking.
Both new hires will be based in London, reporting to Tim Scoble, CEO of the UK Real Estate Practice, who was appointed back in June alongside Client Director Mark Lumley.
Whitfield started at the practice on 7 October, while Check is expected to take up his position later this month.
