Marsh & McLennan Agency acquires INSPRO

Marsh’s marketing agency subsidiary, Marsh & McLennan Agency, has acquired INSPRO, an independent agency in Nebraska.

Marsh & McLennan CompaniesINSPRO was first established over 8 years ago and provides business insurance, employee benefits, and personal lines insurance services to individuals, families, and SME’s throughout the region.

INSPRO’s 138 colleagues will join MMA and continue to work out of the Lincoln home office and additional locations in Fremont, Omaha, Wahoo, and West Point, Nebraska and West Des Moines, Iowa.

Randall Eikmeier, INSPRO’s Chairman and CEO, will lead local offices along with current President, Samuel Gifford and Chief Operating Officer, Jeffrey Jorgensen.

This acquisition is Marsh & McLennan Agency’s first in Nebraska and Iowa.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
